In spite of the financial crisis, Denmark's absolutely biggest electronics trade fair will once again open its doors to guests in Odense, 21 – 23 September 2010.

Many companies have experienced difficulties during the downturn, so expectations for the 2010 trade fair are high. Can we match previous years’ numerous success stories and brilliant achievements? Can we find new areas that can increase quality and add value for exhibitors and visitors? Yes we can!

NEW PRODUCT AREAS
There will be two new product areas at the 2010 fair – optoelectronics and mobile phone technology – and we will continue to focus on the fair’s conferences, which had a record 906 conference participants spread across 15 conferences in 2008– an increase of 259%.

The best marketing in difficult times
Dialogue marketing has become a key factor for most companies in their efforts to increase income and create lasting customer relationships. In times like these it is essential that companies hold onto their customers and meet new customers face-to-face.

213 companies knew this in 2008 and with almost 4,000 visitors from within the electronics sector, 81% of the companies expressed satisfaction with their returns for E-08.

We can't wait to repeat this success in 2010.

The Trade Fair

E-10 is a trade fair, whose strength stems from an extremely well-targeted profile. The trade fair is aimed at engineers, technicians, developers, designers, software houses and purchasers, i.e. decisions makers and influential players at all levels of the Danish electronics sector. The trade fair’s main purpose is not just to attract a lot of visitors – but to attract the right kind of visitors.

Set-up times

On the last set-up day, all corridor areas must be clear of all materials as carpets are laid that day. Following this, only the stand areas themselves may be used.

Exhibiting times

During the exhibition period, access to the hall will be permitted one hour before/after the official opening times.

m2 – price includes:
Stand rental for three exhibition days, setting-up and packing-up, heating, electricity in the exhibition halls, registering personnel, night security, parking, corridor carpets and interior design of communal areas.

Additionally, stand construction can be ordered, power outlet, electricity, spots, telephone, furniture, carpets and daily cleaning of the stand. Odense Congress Center current prices apply to these services.

50 % of amount in week 12 (2010)
50 % of amount in week 25 (2010)

Cancellation deadline for week 12 payment is 24 March 2010. Cancellation deadline for week 25 payment is 23 June 2010. The full amount will be invoiced if the cancellation deadline has passed.
